**Outdoor classes are not happening again until May 2024 – please make sure to get added to my contact list for updates**

Monday: Pole Lab 7pm

This class is our stopgap for outdoor classes. These classes are mixed level and fine for newbies or more advanced pole dancers alike. Class is currently being hosted at a new circus collective in SLO so space is limited. Silicone stage poles are being used so wear leggings and bring tops with sleeves for warmth and protection for the skin.

We will do a short group warm up, some conditioning and then move on to exploring individual tricks and sequences. This is your class to bring requests so if you have something you want to learn or train towards please don’t be afraid to let me know.

If you would like to register for this class please contact me directly via my contact form, email polepegasus@gmail.com or call: 805-779-1107

Grounded Inversions 12 pm

If you aren’t practicing inversions I really have to ask what it is you’re doing with your life? Inversions aren’t just fun, they are also good for you! Don’t be discouraged worrying about your ability to balance or thinking you’re not strong enough. Whether you are working on free-standing handstands or have never tried inversions, the skills we work on in class will yield better lines, longer holds or perhaps get you feeling the float for the very first time. All you need for this class is your body and willingness to give it your best shot!

Low Flow 1 pm

Hopefully you have been coming to my grounded inversions class as this is a great chance to explore some of those skills in the context of choreography. We will be playing with fun and challenging elements like shoulder stands and handstands as we learn to master our heels and cultivate fluidity in our movement. We will dance to a new song each term as this is ultimately a choreo class but you are encouraged to take the things you learn and apply them as you find your own unique flow.
